How did Blacktumbler get its name?

The name Blacktumbler comes from "Black Tombla", the native name of the velvet tamarind, which is a popular, delicious and healthy fruit indigenous to West African countries.

The Blacktumbler Company was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and delivery date. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly. If you have additional questions about your order, you may contact us via email: info@drinkblacktumbler.com.

Do I get notification when my order ships out?

After your order has been processed a notification along with the tracking number and delivery date will be sent to your email address on file. Make sure that your email address is entered correctly.

What if my order is lost or never arrived?

Immediately send an email to info@drinkblacktumbler.com and we will get in touch with the carrier the following business day to resolve the problem. Ensure you have provided specific and clear delivery instructions in the notes section at checkout.

What if my shipment is damaged?

Please email us an image of the damaged product: info@drinkblacktumbler.com. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

How long will my shipment take?

Our team is working hard to fulfill your order. Most orders typically arrive between 3-7 business days.

Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Unfortunately, we do not ship orders outside of the U.S. at this time.

How do I place an order?

Do I pay for shipping?

Shipping is always FREE.

Can I buy less than 6-pack minimum order?

Our 6 pack minimum order allows us to provide the most value and savings for our customers.

Absolutely yes. This site is built on a platform that strictly follows industry standards on information security management to safeguard sensitive information such as your financial and personal information, intellectual property, employee details, etc., entrusted to us. Do you sell your products in stores?

Yes. Blacktumbler is available for purchase in stores in Charlotte and Greensboro, North Carolina. 

What kind of bottles are you using and are they recyclable?

We use PET plastic bottles that are BPA-free, phthalate-free and recyclable.

How is the beverage pasteurized?

We use the hot filling process that produces consistent results and uses heat to pasteurize. The beverage is heated to a high temperature and held for a short amount of time. The beverage is then filled at a high enough temperature to sterilize the interior of the PET plastic bottle and cap.
